UCARE Testing and Training

If you need UCARE certification, you may review the materials (in the form of a PowerPoint presentation) and complete the certification test online. First, please read the following:

Certification:

At the end of the slide show, you will be required to take a small quiz on the information given to you regarding UCARE. It is required that you have an 80% to pass the exam. The exam will be submitted to Kristyn Genrich and will be graded at that time. If there is a problem with your exam, you will be contacted via email to meet to discuss the areas that were answered incorrectly. Once you have passed the exam, your name, the date you took the exam, and the department/group you represent will be kept on file at the Health Education office at the SCC as well as at the ORCSA office. The certification is good for 3 years for students and 5 years for faculty and staff.
